Maintaining Master List of Documents for ILR

My name is Ahmad I would like to apply for IRL in person in Liverpool office
At present i am maintaining following List of documents. My point of concern is that my wife is eleigiable for caliming Housing benift and Council tax benifits sepically after the birth of 2nd child. Doest this effect My IRL applicaiton. The list of whole documents i am maintaining as follows

My list of documetns are :-

1. My valid passport with Sposue Visa.
2. Utility Bills of Gas and Electricity and water under joint name of me & my wife at same address
3. Landline line telephone bills at my name
4. Joint Tenancy Agreement
5. Joint Bank statement with substantional savings over 2 years.
6. Joint Working tax and Child tax credit award by HMRC
7. My wife's wage slips
8. Form P60 of my wife
9. Child benefit letters of our British born childrens.
10. Letters from NHS under joint name for NHS TAX CREDIT AWARD
11. My wife Green book which is maintained during pregenncacy
12. Council tax bills under Joint name
13. My ESOL AND CITIZEN SHIP COURSE PASS CERTIFICATE
14. Letter from Manchester city council housing register department under Joint name
15 Other letters from HEALTHY START and Sure Start and Maternity Grant Departments at my wife name at same address
16.CRB of me & my wife at same address
17. Child Trust fund statment/letter at my wife name of one child at same address
18. Child trust fund letter/statment at my name of other child at same address
19. Photograph album of me & my wife and our childrens
20. Letters from local surgery at my name and my wife name at same address
21. My National Insurance numbet letter at my name at same address
22. Driving licnence of my wife at same addess
23. HM Revenue Correspondence letter at JOINT NAME for working tax and child tax credit
24. Council tax and Housing benefit award at my wife name at same address. I am concernful about it. IF it effect IRL Applicaiton in any way?
25. My JOB SEARCH AND INTERVIEW INVITATION LETTERS AND REPLY from different firms at same address

ALTHOUGH MY wife (British partnor) getting following benifits

1.CB at her name and mony comes in our JOINT ACCOUNT ,

2.WTC & CT JONTLY AND MONY COMES IN OUR JOINT ACCOUNT,

3.HB (ONLY AT HER NAME BUT MY NAME AND NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER IS MENTIONED IN THE CLAIM FORM)

4.CTB (ONLY AT HER NAME BUT MY NAME AND NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER IS MENTIONED IN THE CLAIM FORM)
