eea2 time waiting

hi,,
i receive my aknowlege letter in august for my eea2,,,
since then my partner has receive her residence card and nothing has been said about me.,,,,does anyone know how long i could be waiting? please xxx ,anything i can do?

:idea: Start complaining to the UKBA, and continue waiting?

but as i lunch my application with a lawyer ,how can i lunch a complaint or what is the best way 2 complaint to the ukba ?

Firstly, it's launch a complaint, not lunch! NWCSU stands for North West Customer Service Unit. Their email address is NWCSU@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk Make sure you quote your full name (as it appears in passport), date of birth, nationality, special/recorded delivery reference number for your sent application and HO reference number (if you have one).
You can also contact the SOLVIT branch of your EU partner's nationality. Keep on complaining for as long as you have to (ie. until you get your RC). It will keep your application fresh in the system, otherwise your application will just gather dust, and before you know it Christmas will have come and gone!
Since you're using a solicitor, do inform them of the actions you are taking, as it probably wouldn't be wise to go behind their back!

now i know is launch not the launch,,,as i i'm french speaker i still have some difficulty with the language....
but as u instructed me i'll have to see my lawyer on tuesday and let him know about my intention...

did anybody used the LSECSU before?
just to know if they can deal with eea2 complaints ,,,
and i spoke to my lawyer who told me that is ok 2 make a complaint,,
just making my letter now......
