I won my case at the AIT as the judge concluded that the BIA had no case against me as I had applied for an ILR for a long term legal stay as a student, how long do you think the home office will send back my passport with ILR because so far they have not appealed against my case. Had to leave my job a month ago because they had requested that I show them my upto date passport. My former employers are ready to take me back but with my passport and immigtn deatails thereon. Any advice please.
