Highly skilled migrant programme (HSMP) Forum Judicial Review - Judgement of 6 April 2009

I applied for HSMP 0n Feb 14th 2006 and get approval letter Dated 23 Feb 2006. I applied for visa later on at 17th April 2006 and got visa on 20th Aprl 2006. My question is will I be eligible for four years ILR under this new review.
