HSMP Refusal : previous earning

Hi,

I recently applied for my HSMP visa and the applicaiton was refused due to some missing bank statment.

They have given me right of appeal.

I want to apply for admin review and right of appeal but need guidance.

Can please help me how should I proceed my application?
