Is there anything else I am supposed to write on the envelop ?

According to the HSMP guidiance note paragrapgh 7 of the 1st Section of the new relaese from HO

it reads:

7.The application form you will need to complete will depend on your age group. If you are 28 years of age or over, you should apply on form HSMP 1. If you are under 28 years of age, you should apply on form HSMP 1(28). Applications should be submitted to:

Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)
PO Box 551
Home Office
Doncaster
South Yorkshire
DN1 1XU

If I am paying by credit car, am I supposed to send the application to a different address???

I am asking this because I read the following at the HO website:

The correct address for all postal applications where a payment has to be made and processed is:

In the HSMP under 28 Guidance states the following:

I'm sorry. You are correct. HO has changed the address in the new version of the guidance. The one I'm referring to is the onr I used 4 weeks ago.
