I really don't think that should bother you if you attend lectures on the regular. One thing you should understand is that they make spot checks and no one will verify or deny if they double check or not.koil wrote:one member in this forum limbu timbu said that homeoffice officers will go the college and they will check the students course work, assignment, attendance etc guys u thinks this is true?????within 2 weeks but if they checked their verification about the students long time before they will go again to double check????????????thanks

Is there any law that states that HO cannot keep a ppt for more than six months? Just wondering.nkhan1979 wrote:first of all HO hasnt got any resources to go and check students records in this recession time which has hit back again. please HO go by books and only God can help you all. stop worrying urselves and others.
they have to issue the passports which were sent in october. they cant keep them more than six months. There is not just one problem with home office, there are so many others than PSW.
just lean back n wait.
thanx
We all do want to get a life. Is there any employer who will give you a job without seeing your ppt and right to live and work in the UK?nkhan1979 wrote:As far as i know that every case worker is given the applications and they have six months to deal with it because they dont have more money and time to spare for these delays but HO can take.
remember, one of my friend done his masters in october and he didnt apply for the PSW and he applied for student visa, and he got it in three weeks. his uncle is a solicitor who advised him that probably because of the credit crunch hit the country that time. its not just the college scam but the recession also.
plzz just wait and for people out there who are unnecessarily worried, STOP worrying others. and get a life. and chill
I won't take his insults personally because he has a loose tongue and am very sure he's a recluse who doesn't socialise much and as such communication with 'humans' is a big problem for him. Check this post http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... ht=#244874 where he called someone a dumb idiot just becos he was trying to tell the person to get a lawyer. It does beggar belief the kind of people we find on the post-study work forum who I believe are actually meant to be graduates...LOLkoolbone wrote:manjit14 wrote:Diopka is a dumb, psychologically blind idiot, who keeps on telling one lies after the other and another making you all feel as if Home Office has supreme powers, the fact is they simply lack resources, so hand-tied are they into their books and rules and what the written protocols says, it is a joke, I had seen, heard so many students, and here is the best of all, there is a immigration solicitor in slough whose partner works for the Home Office and the wife runs the illegal student visa scandal with her brother who runs a fake college somewhere in leeds or birmingham, so don't listen to this stupid Diopka, get a lawyer and your visa is guaranteed.
Dude, is there really any need for such insults? It's OK if you don't agree with what a poster has written but to actually start hurling insults is unnecessary. I believe we are all here to help ourselves out.
