IGS to Tier 2 (General) working for IT company

Post by PBS123 » Tue Apr 28, 2009 5:15 pm

Hi guys

I have another question which I hope you can answer. I have IGS visa and want to apply for Tier 2. I am working as JAVA Analyst for an IT company. Can I apply for Tier 2 even though my job is not in the shortage list?

Many Thanks

Thanks yasa!

They don't have sponsor licence but they are happy to apply for it. By looking at the guidelines I think there shouldn't be any problem to get the sponsor licence. Any idea how long it might take to get the sponsor licence?

Thanks again
