Urgent Help Required!

Post by SAPIENT » Tue Apr 28, 2009 10:46 pm

dear friends,

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who is in UK.

the situation is for the HSMP Extension while Staying in UK.

scenario is ..

My friend happens to be working in UK on HSMP as a doctor trainee. Visa was due to expire in March 20th 2009. Extension application was made on March 1st 2009.

Now, Visa is refused because of the Maintenance fund proof ( proof was submitted for only 1 month instead of 3 months ).

queries are ...

1) What should my friend do ?. Appeal in the court in UK?
2) Go back to India and make the extension ?
3) Apply for Dependent Visa ?
4) If Appeal fails, Can my friend make an application in India?.

Thanks in Advance.

Well , to begin with your friend is the most CARELESS dumb guy on earth ........

1) What should my friend do ?. Appeal in the court in UK?
Appeal is not possible .
He could try to make a re-application.But since leave has expired looks like that could also be a problem .

2) Go back to India and make the extension ?
No leave has expired ...So if u go to india .It is new application and entry clerance ..

3) Apply for Dependent Visa ?
Again LEAVE has expired , dont seem it will work .

4) If Appeal fails, Can my friend make an application in India?.
Yes , go to INDIA . BE MORE CAREFUL THIS TIME ..APPLY NEW APPLICATION .................

thanks mahesh,

the safest option i could derive from your answers is..

a) go back to india , make a tier1 application.
b) this tier1 application is a NEW application or OLD one?

also, my friend can apply for dependent application as his wife has already got her tier1 application in nov 2008 ?.

will this pose any problems?.
