Extension Applications

Dear Friends,


I have a question on the HSMP Extension.
My friend happened to be in UK on HSMP whose HSMP got expired on March 30th 2009.

He is in India now. Can he apply for Tier1 Application under extension in India?.

I dont think so. Extension is made to existing(valid) visa and if the visa is expired then you should go for new application.

Any comments??

Since visa is already expired, your friend have to make a fresh application.
