I received 5 yr WP to work with Company A which was valid till 2012 but they made me redundant on 17 April 2009.
Now I have got job offer from another Company B who are willing to sponser me.
But I have few queries-
Is there a 28 days period during which I have to apply for my Tier 2 application with this new company, because that ends on 15 May 09 and this new company has not got their certificate of sponsorship for me yet...
Also how long will this whole process take ???
As the deadline is approaching...any suggestions will much appreciated!!
