FLR & ILR Query From Moderators

Post by aromated » Tue May 03, 2005 10:32 pm

Dear Moderators,

I applied for EC on 26/4/2005 and I got it With Visa Stamp from 27/4/2005. I am going on 15/5/2005 to UK.
Does this stay of these 19 days in India will have any affect on FLR or subsequently on ILR approval time duration of (1+3) 4 years.

Kindly reply

Regards

Dear Aromated,

So far as i know, their guidelines say that your one year + 3 years will count from your date of entry to UK, not the date of yoru EC granted. SO if u wish, u can even spend two moe months in india, as u have to leave the country within three months of the date on VISA Stamp.

And once u enter UK< you'll have to try to be there as maximum as 1+3 years to get the PR as soon as possible.

MOderaters may correct me if i am wrong,
