Sucessful ILR with 5 years WP + Visa Gap

Hi All,
Finally I have sucessfully got my ILR. I am very happy to share my experience. My case was not straightforward, so made a postal application. I had a visa gap almost a month due to my employer. I had submitted the following evidence to prove that the gap in my visa is due to my employer.

1). A letter from my previous employer for the explaination of gap in my visa
2). Bank statements / Salary slips to prove that I was employed during that period
3). Application declaration page from my FLR application(when my employer submitted after my visa was expired) which bears my signature that was well before my visa expiry date (Received from SAR file).
4). A proper covering letter with full explaination about gap

What i have learnet is, if we provide proper evidence / supporting documents along with application, the HO will be happy to issue ILR.

I posted my application on 18th march 2009, payment detected on 19th march 2009, Ack letter received on 20th march 2009. I received my passport today(9th may 2009) with ILR stamp on 7th may 2009.
