Hi All, I am sure the question has been asked else where, but please help here. ..

As the title says, how does thr HSMP JR judgement affect the WP issued prior to April 06?

I know there's a petition is being singed to be forwarded to Gordon Brown, apart from that does anyone know if the HO announcement that is due in the next couple of weeks will include a statement affecting the for Pre Apr 06 WP holders?

I know there are many of us who got WP around 2005 who'd love to apply for PR this year. . . please chip in with your comments..
