complicated situation...

hi i am writing this on behalf of a friend. her husband (still married) left the uk after an internet affair to the usa 2 years ago. I am aware according to the florida state court records he has applied for a marriage license (even though hes still married in the uk) he is still saying he is coming back to the uk but never has done. what can be done about this situation and how on earth can he still be living in the usa? he did go in originally on a tourist visa.

US immigration has failed again. Makes it so hard on the honest ones and the sneaky people always slip thru, not fair.
