hi all once my wife gets her ilr , will she be aloud to claim public funds???

also my friend is getting devoiced so will his wife be able to get public funds when devoiced?? she has Ilr but only thai passport

You are entitled for benefits after ILR.

As already said, the answer is yes. But in particular, what benefits are you thinking she might claim? I am just wondering whether there is an ability to claim something already.

Yes she will. Also, assuming your friend is British, his wife will still be able to apply for Naturalisation as British, under the 3-year rule, until the date the Decree Absolute is issued.
