Working Tax Credit effect on spouse visa and later ILR

Post by fahad » Thu May 14, 2009 1:37 am

I came UK on spouse visa and my wife work more than 16 hours a week but still she is on low income thats why she entitled to working tax credit apart from this she receive no benefit. when I applied for spouse visa that time she was receiving working tax credit.

I want to know is there any effect on my application when I apply for ILR.
