IGS extension.

guys... need some input on my situation. I'm on IGS at the moment and need to aply for PSW under transitional arrangement. Visa will expire on next month but can’t get a premium service appointment now. I don’t see any reason why my visas get rejected but I want my passport asap to apply for my wife’s dependant visa.

I’ve talked with visa direct and they said they can get me a appointment and they gonna charge me 350 as their fee. I think this is the standard fee or something

Anyone has any experience with visa direct? Are they any good?
