Tier 1 General Dependent Visa for my Wife

Post by vishu.gautam » Fri May 15, 2009 7:53 am

Hi All

I have got my Tier 1 General from India in Mar 2009. I got married after my visa approval. Then I travelled to UK.

My Wife travelled to UK on her Tier 2 visa which was sponored by her Indian Employer.

Now, I want to file for Dependent Visa for my wife.

I have following questions in this regard. Hope someone can answer them: -

(1) Can I file the dependent visa while both of us are in UK? Or will I have to go back to India to file her visa?
(2) Can I show maintenance funds that are maintained in her account? Or I have to show it in our joint account?
(3) Can I show maintenance funds for accounts maintained in India?

Thanks in advance

Regards
