Info for dependant if student visa extended before 31stMar09

Hi.

I am a student and recently sent my pport for extension in the rules before 31st mar 09

After being disappointed at a lot of forums for the same question, i now turn to this forum and ask the same question. How much funds do i need to show for my dependant, if i have extended my visa before 31st Mar 09 rules came in to effect. Do i need to show the same as Tier 4 rules for PBS dependants or the previous rules apply for my dependant!!?

Please help me as this is confusing me a lot!
As i will need time to get funds for the new rules which is £533 multiplied by 9 months for a dependant, according to my understanding.
