My HSMP visa stamped in August 2004 but entered in December 2004. So when my 4 years ILR clock will be started ? from August 2008 or December 2008 ?

Any idea please ?

for it doesnt really matter does it . cause either way you are already past the 4 years.

No no it is matter friend . coz if ILR clock start from August 2008 then I
can apply for citizenship just after getting ILR stamp on this August !

left out a a word in my original post. i meant 'for this it doesnt really matter. meaning just for the ILR so you could go ahead and apply tomorrow and not wait for December 09 to apply for ILR.

sorry about this, the excitment is just so much that i skipped some lines when reading the policy. The backdated ILR is GREAAAT. I guess for you it will be December
