Anyone got flr if granted hsmp before february changes?

Post by richsam » Sun May 08, 2005 7:02 pm

Hiya Folks,

I'm about to send in my FLR(IED) application and was wondering if there's anyone out there who is also in my situation?

In the UK on a working holiday visa
Applied for HSMP before february changes
Received HSMP approval letter dated late february (after the change in law)

Now, when I apply for the FLR, how will the home office know that I should be assessed based on the pre Feb changes?

Is the assessment on granting the HSMP visa done at the time of having the visa stamped into my passport (ie now) or was it done when the HSMP letter was granted to me?

I'm a wee bit concerned and would really appreciate any advice?

Thanks
richsam
