Can benefit be claimed retrospectively for backdated ILR ?

Post by willnotbackHSMP » Wed May 20, 2009 8:33 pm

We HSMPians don't believe in enjoying state benefit unnecessary. We want to work and enjoy our UK immigrant status with as much as less getting benefit. I think all HSMPians will be agreed with me.

But some times circumstances can force you to claim state benefit like current economic down turn and jobless condition.

Some benefits are as example child benefit is like that whatever your economic condition ( high or low income - doesn't matter) you have right to claim it for your kid's standard living condition.

As per recent ILR JR judgement implimentaion policy ILR will be given retrospectively who already due.

So, my question which benefit can be claimed from back date? Any idea , please.
