came in uk in 1998 as student, got married with british citizen in 2001, marriage never last and broke up in 2002, last visa was marriage visa. couldn't lookafter my visa got overstayed. applied human rights in dec 2005, got acknowledging letter from HO. involve my local mp in feb 2009, got replied should get deision in end 2009.
can anyone tell please what are the chances please, im living with partner she is studnt and daughter born here 3 yrs old. thanks
