* COLLEGE NOT CONDUCTING CLASSES * "Need URGENT HELP pl

Hi everybody, i am new here in the UK, just came last week, BUT the problem is the college where i am enrolled looks dodgy to me, they are not holding any classes at all, and there are no more than few students in an active class (not my class, but they do have one lecture going on with 4-8 students in the class most of the times), now i am totally confused about what options i have got and what i should do?

Being new I am scared as well to do anything, anybody here please advise me what should i do in this situation.

Hey,

First of all mentioned the college name. Second your legal status in uk. student, visitors, national....etc

If on student visa which way your application process i.e through old system or under tier 4 point based system (new once)

after mentioning all that you get more better advise or suggestion.

I don't believe your words. Before coming to UK, how did you find this college?

If were just looked on internet, such colleges would not appear just like that.

If you have come under new point based system, you would not have visa in the 1st place.

There is no need to mention college name.

If you are not satisfied with the college, change it to something decent.

Just change the college and inform UKBA about change of college and the reasons at first instance. You are not supposed to tell UKBA if you came under old system but I will still advise you.
