How Can I Have ~ Two Reference ~

Hi All,

I came from HONG KONG and just got my 2 years spouse visa (work permit) on last month.

Now, I am looking for a new job in here. When I found some application form, it always ask ~ You must have Two Reference ~ . I never had a job since in UK. How can I get it?

If I don't have Reference, Will it reject my jobs application?

Any two professional reference should do, not necessarily in UK.
