T1 Dependent Application (applying from India) query

Dear members, I'm on Tier1 living and working in UK since last 2 and a half years. I'm gettinng married in India and applying for T1 dependent (from India) for my wife. I'm using the form provided in the vfs India website. There is a question in the form "When is the job or course of study expected to finish?". I'm a contractor who work for various clients through a third party umbrella company. In reality, there is no defined date of completion of my job , it depends on contract to contract. In this situation which is the best date that I should put to answer this query. My visa will expire on Nov-2011. Do I also need to submit any proof/leteer from the umbrella company sating I'm an employee? Please suggest.

I would put date-Nov-2011 and in brackets (Tier (1) General Visa Validity)

with the application it is better to put those extra documents to make the ccase stronger along with payslips, bankstatements, utility bills, phone bills, accomodation, etc...

Agree with tvn_ramesh on both the points. Put your visa expiry date and also attached letter from your company regarding your employment. In the letter mention a long term assignment.

hi i did the same for my dependant application which was my visa expiry date..
