Is CCJ a problem

Post by Final » Thu Jun 04, 2009 7:28 pm

Hi,

Just curious, is bad credit i.e. CCJ's an issue for refusal to extend Tier 1? Does anyone know? Should CCJ's be declared on the application form?

Thanks,

Final

Don't think so Credit History is any problem as long as you show proof of earnings and prove maintenance funds. Never heard of any refusal due to bad credit history.

I think county court judgements (CCj's) should be declared. More comments on this issue please......
