Hi,
Iam going to apply for tier 1 from India very soon,could you please provide me with the list of documents needed?
Age
Education-do I need to submit my degree certificates as well?as I have done MBA
Income
UK earnings
Maintenance
UK experience
Language fluency

1. Passport
Education-do I need to submit my degree certificates as well?as I have

1. Original Degree Certificate
2. If qualification is not recognised in UKBA's PBS Calculator, then you probably need UK NARIC's letter of comparability.
Income
UK earnings
1. 12 months Payslips
2. Bank Statements which corroborate with Payslip Net Amount.
Maintenance
1. Last 3 Bank Statments showing minimum funds all the times (Daily Balance)
UK experience
NA if you claiming earnings from India
Language fluency
1. If qualification is recognised in PBS calculator on UKBA OR
2. Language Test Certificate OR
2. Transcript Letter from Awarding institute stating degree taught in English.

Thanks mate,can someone please clarify if I have to submit my masters as well as Grad's original certificate?or just masters original will be fine..

I have been in UK for more than 12 months on WHMV and Intend to apply from India for tier 1 general as per the rules can I claim the points for UK based earnings?showing my 12 months pay slips?

Only Master required...

Yes indeed. in that case you may claim UK experience points.
