i AM IN TROUBLE

Hi guys,

I am a non EU student living in the united kingdom from last 1 years.I met my EU girlfriend before 8 months.I got my COA before 1 months and we register our marriage last week.

now I want to apply for EEA2 but my student visa expires in the mean time, while we were waiting for our COA.now my question is.

Can I apply for EEA2 from inside the uk.

What,s are my available options.

need urgent advice from seniour members.

Yes, you can apply for EEA2 from within the UK!
It doesn't matter that your student visa is expiring, as you acquired EU rights from the moment you married your EU partner.
So go ahead and apply. No worries! :)
