hi guys, first let me think u for ur appreciated effort,
my questions are:
1- what will be the situation if my wife (eu citizen) get permanet residence in Ireland ,for example she lost her job, find job in other country or claim social assistance, does this affect my right to stay in ireland as stamp 4 fam holder,
2-when can i apply for the permanet residency, after 5 years of getting the 4fam or from marriage(we got married in ireland but couldnt get stamp 4fam till 2 years later) and there was 6 months gab between marriage and the granted 4fam.
3-I saw on one web site that (I coudnt find that site again to give reference to)it is better to apply for the permanet residence before 6 month from the end of the 5 years given (on stamp 4fam),how correct is that,
thanks again guys

You can apply 5 years from getting married, since that happened after came to Ireland. If you were married when you arrived in Ireland, then it would be 5 years from when you arrived.

It does not matter how slow or fast they were in issuing your Residence Card (4EUFam).
