Minimum Salary Period

Post by hammad.77 » Sat Jun 13, 2009 10:56 pm

I wish to switch into Tier 1 (General) from Tier 1 (Post Study Work). I only need 15 points in my previous earning. Rite Now I have earned £210000 in last 10 months. Can I apply now by claiming points on my last 10 months salary and payslips, instead of 12 months ? Is there any requirement that we must have to show all 12 months payslips and salary?

Thanks

No theres no minimum requirement.

Looks like you havent taken the trouble of reading the guidelines. Anyway heres the relevant part:

An applicant may claim for a period of earnings of less than 12 months if they have earned sufficient funds to claim the necessary points.

You are good to go. Mention in your cover letter that you are only claiming for 10 months(presuming they are consecutive) instead of 12 months.
