Doubt while filling Tier-1(General) form

Post by hsmp0804 » Tue Jun 16, 2009 12:23 pm

Hi All,
I am going to apply for Tier-1(General) for HSMP extension soon.
While filling the form I got a doubt on following point.

D26. Does the applicant currently have any other applications with us on which he/she is
awaiting a decision?

I had sent a sponsor letter/supporting documents to my paretns(in India) for their Family visitor visa for UK. and the decision for their applicaiton(submitted 3 weeks ago) is not taken yet.

Do I need to write "NO" for D26. point or "Yes"?

Thanks in advance

I would say NO becos - applicant does not have any applications with HO.. it is applicants parents... u just provided the supporting docs not application...

Pls also wait for some others to confirm this.. esply who were in the same situation..

It will be a NO. HO will treat your application different from that of your parents. Since you do not have any application pending, it would be a NO.
