long residence ILR- a query

I am a dependent on my spouses HSMP. Should he be present at the time of my ILR application (long residence). We are going on 2 separate days, thanks to the lottery system in getting appointments!

I am not an expert, but as far as I know, as you are applying for ILR in the long residence category, your husband need not be present.
