They need Work experience dox for 10 years

I applied for Permanent Immigration in May 2006. They now sent a letter that processing is due and they want:

Work experience letters issued by the HR manager detailing my duties and responsibilities.

I can produce those dox till 2005 but not after that as I was on immigration to UK and couldn't get the job of my background there. Would my application be rejected if I fail to produce dox of similar background? I am worried.

Pl advise.
