Hello there,
My hujsband currently residing at UK have received his HSMP approval letter by July 2006, he was also granted entry clearance based on this letter. He currently holds HSMP leave until July 2011.

I am about to apply dependent visa for our child (minor, who is currently in India). Since my husband being the main applicant / Sponsor for inviting our child we would like to know / confirm that applying under “Tier 1 (General) – HSMP Forum JR Rulingâ€
