Ireland IT Jobs and Immigration, What is so special?

Hi All,

I was going through all the posts on this forum. Majority of the questions are about IT jobs and immigration to Ireland even US/AUS citizens.

I am bit curious to know what is so special about Ireald as compare to other EU countries for IT and Immigration?

After reading so many posts, I am also tempted to look for jobs in Ireland and immigrate there :D
