With this point I take it if there is no intention to have the marriage in Britain, then fiancee could visit on a fiancee visa n go back to home country after, for marriage to take place later on?Kayalami wrote:1. If such does not occur during its validity then a new one will have to be applied for with reasons given as to why the last time a marriage did not occur. Perhaps a visitor's visa would be more appropriate if you are not yet sure.
