Firstly, congratulation on your PSW visa.
Can I ask you some question?
Did you use the bank statement from your bank account in India or in UK?
if you used the bank statement from Indian bank, did you have it in English and did you need any other paper from India?
I've finished an MSc course from CEIS school in Northumbria uni too. I might need to ask you more about the letter from uni, but later.

@dannytrinth
thanks mate....
Yes, I have maintained Indian National Rupees equivalent to GBP 3750 for a duration of 4 months in my personal bank account in India. The official language of India is ENGLISH since 1968 and obviously the letter I have submitted was in English. I have submitted:
Original Certificate of Award
Orginal (POST STUDY WORK) Letter from the Institution
Fixed Deposit Balance Certificate cum Letter from bank confirming funds and that they have been in bank since xx/xx/xxxx and that the funds are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE UPON DEMAND.
If you need any more advise or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact me via post or alternatively gimme ur email id:
what course you studied and where are you from???
Cheers!

you said
Fixed Deposit Balance Certificate cum Letter from bank. So it is not a bank statement, is it? Or bank can always issue such a paper like that?
I am in UK now and it is hard to contact the bank in my country. It is already hard to explain them what the bank statement is, let alone Fixed Deposit Balance Certificate. But I will try to ask them some thing like paper to confirming funds in bank since ... and immediately available. Thank you very much for your information.
My case is complicated, my balance in UK dropped to £500 in one first whole month because of my ignorance... but I have another bank account at home which has about £350 to make up to £800 during that period (I am going to apply in UK) I have only one chance is sending them(UK and oversee bank) both, but not sure they will accept that...
I am from Vietnam, I did MSc Computer Science, Jan08 Intake

@dennytrinth
I think you did not read the guidance and rules.....
you will be in a huge problem if you misunderstand even a single point written in guidance.....
if you are applying within country (i.e. from UK) then your balance MUST not fall below GBP 800 for the last three months (even a single penny) and if you are applying from overseas (i.e. from Home country) then your balance MUST not fall below GBP 2800 for atleast 3 months.....also note that if you are applying from UK then there is no need of showing balance amount in your VIETNAM account....but if you want to apply from VIETNAM then you can still maintain GBP 2800 in your UK bank account for 3 months and can apply and this is possible.....
I suggest you to go through the rules especially Paragraph 245C, 245 X(e) and Appendix C of Part 6a at UKBA website......
also Fixed deposits are different from the account which we usually have in UK.....forget about it......cheers!
