Withdrawl Of Appeal For New Application

Hi,

My HSMP extension was refused becasue one of my bank statement page was missing. I appealed against the decision and also submitted a new application a week later.

My leave to remain had expired when i submitted the 2nd application.

Home office have sent me an email telling me that they will process the application if i withdrew the appeal.

What should I do?

Will the break in between me withdrawing the application and HO deciding the application have any impact on my ILR?

What if they rejected my 2nd application?

Any help please?
