question E1 Criminal record

I was seized carrying 2.3kg meat at HEATHOW airport when I came back to Uk. Do I need disclose this on Qeustion E1??

It depends if they recorded it down, or they just seized it at customs, warning you not to do it again.

If there was a fine involved, and paperwork, then I guess it was recorded.

I think this info is recorded in HO records as immigration Officer's and HO records are generally in sync.
This should not affect outcome of your application.
