HSMP expiry limit

Hi All,

I have HSMP (tier 1) visa till 2012. Due to personal reason I moved out of UK from the month of March’09.

Is there any condition to expiry if I am not travelling near the future? How long it is valid? Or is it I can travel before 2012 any time?

Please clarify this matter
