Visiting visa rejected.....help pls

Hello members,

My friends mother's visiting VISA to UK was rejeceted last week. They showed few loan documents on their house in illusion that the visa officer might grant VISA thinking that she would definetely return INDIA.

But the dox were taken negative by the BHC and they rejected the VISA stating that she has loan and also her bank balance was less (30k). They have left us an option to request for review. They've sent a review form along with the rejection letter and passport.

Now could you please let us know the procedure to approach for review.Also kindly let us know if it is worthwhile going for AR else we shall make a fresh application
