Hi Guys,

I want to apply for teri1 general plz let me have your comments for below letter,documents which i am going to submit. is there anything i am missing?

Following are the list of documents provided with my Tier1 application.

1. Educational Background - 35 points claimed

Documents provided:

1) Letter from college stated that qualification has been awarded on 19th june 2009 but degree will be issued in February 2010 in annual graduation ceremony at university of Buckingham. (MBA IN FINANCE)

2. Past Earnings -15 points claimed
I have done paid internship for one year in UK as Accounts Assistant and part time job in Uk as sales assistant total earning is $20,000(i am going to attach a letter from the college for confirmation of internship period. )

Documents provided:
1) 12 months salary slips
2) Bank Statements for the claim period showing my Net salary

3. Age Assessment - 20 points claimed

Documents provided:
2) copy of Passport. Continued…

4. UK experience
A letter from my college confrim that

name;
the title of the qualification;
the date of award of the qualification;
confirmation, in order to obtain this qualification, you undertook a period of full-time study equivalent to at least one full academic year, or three consecutive academic terms; and
start and end dates of the period of study in the United Kingdom.

5. English Language Requirement:

Documents provided:

1. MBA degree was taught in English
Total Points Claimed: 90 Points
1. Education: 35 Points
2. Earnings: 15 Points
3. UK Experience 5points
3. Age: 20 Points

You are missing a mandatory part which is Maintenance Funds requirement. I think you probably have mistakenly skipped it.

You have to submit original transcipts as well along with the letter from college.

Policy Guidance Page 18:
88.The original certificate of award must always be provided unless the applicant is awaiting graduation having successfully completed their degree or the applicant no longer has the certificate and the institution who issued the certificate is unable to produce a replacement. In which case he/she should send:

An original academic reference from the institution that is awarding the degree together with an original academic transcript.

THANKS VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE PLEASE CAN I KNOW THAT WILL THE HOME OFFICE NOT QUESTION THAT I HAVE EARNED MONEY ON STUDENT VISA WITH FULL TIME INTERNSHIP OR ITS OK TO CLAIM POINTS FOR PAID INTERNSHIP

Presuming your internship is part of your curriculum, Home Office will be fine with it. If you want, you can get letter from your college stating the same.

you should address your cover letter to CASE WORKER not Immigration officer

HI,

For the dependents on section4 H5 do i need to fill anything as on H4 it is not clear after slecting NO do i need to go to J1 or it is for Anybody who has answered YES.
