EU 1 APPLICATION

I'm applying for EU 4FAM residence card, My wife is self employed Sole trader she just started the business; event palnning. the business just acutally started and not making profit for now. do you think i can apply for resident card on this basis. and what document do i need to support her self employment.
please advise.
