HSMP case specific inquiry number is not working. Gives a off-hook tone. Anybody else tried and had the same problem ? Any other number one can try on ?

hi people,

I managed to call the case soecific enquiry line on the 20th of May. I am a September applicant, and have been told that my aplication is still in the backlog and will be only considered in the end of June!!

Well....we have been waiting for so long....one month more....fingers crossed for everyone

The HSMP telephone line not that much busy, when two months back I used to dial 20 to 30 times to get connected. Now (last week I made 4 calls) it is with 1 or two dial it will be answered.

The condition is improved.

I called on 20 or 21st and got connected in one try but lately have not been able to do that.
I am a september applicant and when I called them on 20th they said that since I have waited for so long they will put me on priority. Since I could not call them I sent and email and they confirmed that my case is open with a case worker...now all I need to do is keep my fingers crossed and hope I will be granted HSMP.
