Is there a provision - Personal submission- HSMP extension

Hi All

Not sure whether we have the provision of submitting the HSMP extension application in person at Croydon or Brihimgham offices by taking an appintment prior?

I called the office they said they are not sure at the helpdesk about HSMP extension. When i read the latest UKBA site, one page says it is available, the other page they say HSMP extension application cannot be submitted in personal.

Lill confused as i am planning to submit it personally due to shortage of time to my trip. so please advise me on this?
