spouse(+dependents) visa and ILR

hi there,
please my cousine got his British Passport last year, and in the mean time his family already had been carrying 2 years visa in pakistan and dependents could not travel to UK uptill last month, so now his family just have been moved to UK and their visas are going to be expired next month,
I want to enquire that either his family members should apply for ILR or visa extension etc as their main applicant(husband) already had got British Passport in hand in UK last year, wish to get settled down his family members as well in UK.
Please reply as soon as possible and your reply would be highly appreciated from our sides.

What category was your cousin before ILR and British citizenship? That is, what are categories are his family dependants of?

he was on domestic worker visa before his ILR and British Passport.
