Switching from PSW to Tier 1 Dependent

Switching from PSW to Tier 1 Dependent

Hi All,

My friend is currently on a PSW visa in UK. Her husband who was her dependent applied for tier 1 visa and was granted the same. Now my friend wants to switch from PSW to Tier 1 dependent. Does she have to come back to India to file her application for switching or can she file from UK itself.
