Tier 1 General - Document Checklist?

I have failed to find an uptodate checklist for Tier 1 Main + Dependent application.

Can some run me through the same? Help much appreciated.

Is this checklist correct as on today? Am I missing something?

I am applying from within the UK and currently on PSW. My wife is on PSW Dependent.

Documents Required From Main applicant:

* Passport copy
* Sponsor letter
* Bank statement, where funds maintained for last 3 months
* Letter from Bank stating funds maintainance for last 3 months
* Company Offer letter (if working)
* Payslips 15 months
* Bank statment , where salary credited and different from above bank
* Proof of address. Rent aggreement, utility bills

Documents Required From Dependent

* Proof of relation(marriage certificate)
* Passport
* VAF10

i will add..

1. Cover letter seperate for each application...
a. cover letter for ur application
b. sponser letter for ur spouse application
2. Application forms for each seperately
3. PBS Summary sheet attached
4. Original Passport (not copy)
5. Photographs - check size n other specificaitons
6. Original Degree certificate for educational points and English requirement
7. Original Marriage certificate

will getback if i think i missed any..
